How my journey began with "Spy Cameras"

About a year ago I was approached by a lady who was having a very real problem. She had recently hired her next door neighbor who was a locksmith to install new locks on her front entrance door.

Almost immediately she started to recognize small things out of place when she came home from work. Things like makeup not arranged in the way she was in the habit of leaving it, the lid left off her laundry hamper, even her bed covers ruffled instead of made up. She never noticed anything missing but could sense someone was entering her home on a daily basis.

This went on for quite some time. She approached her neighbor who vehemently denied her accusations but the intrusions continued. She notified the police who didn't believe her and thought she was suffering from possible mental issues.

When she told me, I was convinced she was telling the truth and I started to help her by doing occasional surveillance from my car but never seeing anyone entering her house. Like the police, even I was beginning to suspect possible schizophrenia.

That's when the thought hit me and I did an online search for a hidden camera. I convinced her to try the small motion detector camera that looks like an innocent USB charger.

Sure enough - the next day the camera detected and filmed the neighbor in her house going through her laundry hamper. The camera caught the pervert and gave the police the evidence they needed to make the arrest.
